Turkish breakfast is pretty much having all sorts of food items on your table, and eating a tiny bit of each of them while drinking Turkish tea. A standard Turkish bf would have eggs, cucumbers, olives, various kinds of jam, bread, butter, tomatoes, feta cheese, yogurt, sucuk (sujuk -spicy sausage), Turkish pastries, and sometimes coffee in the menu.

Check out Anthony Bourdain's "No Reservations" featuring Istanbul. He is exploring the Turkish breakfast starting from the third minute.
