What are the common tourist scams in Istanbul?

One of them is the shoe-shine scam where the shoe shine person drops his brush on the ground while the traveler is walking behind him.  Then, the tourist naively tells him that he dropped his brush. The shoe-shine boy shows gratitude and offers a free shoe polish, but then tries to get money. Here is a video of it
