If you are in Istanbul on an expense account and have the urge to splurge, don't worry, because this city has a lot to offer!

Sakip Sabanci Cd. 42, Emirgan

Interesting fusion kitchen with a breathtaking view on the Bosphorus.  Very close to Maslak, the city's business district.

Kuleli Cd. 53, Cengelkoy

One of the oldest and most famous traditional fish restaurants in Istanbul.  Make sure you are picked up by their private (free) charter leaving from Suada Harbour. Everything about this restaurant is great: mezzes, view, service etc.

Nispetiye Cd. 87, Etiler

If you are dying for a piece of dry aged steak, then you should definitely pay a visit to this restaurant.

Ulus 29

Yol Sk. 1, Ulus

Famous for their terrace and views on the Bosphorus.  They also have a Japanese menu.

Swissotel, Bayildim Cd. 2, Macka

Situated in Swissotel Bosphorus.  Fantastic food and breathtaking views on the Old City and the Bosporus.

Inonu Cd. 50, Gumussuyu

Gourmet and chic, great wines and lovely original dishes.  Views on the Dolmabahce Palace and the Bosphorus.

La Mouette

Bogazkesen Cd. 18, Beyoglu

Situated on the roof terrace of Tom Tom Suites.  Nouvelle cuisine with a Turkish twist.
