I was wondering if most restaurants in Istanbul accept international credit cards?

I've never run into trouble with international credit cards, assuming the restaurant in question accepts cards at all. Still, many banks hit you with pretty steep fees, so I'd suggest you use ATMS every few days and just pay in cash, especially if you plan on taking public transportation or taxis, both of which basically require you to have paper money at all times.
