Sakip Sabanci Cd. 42, Emirgan

Interesting fusion kitchen with a breathtaking view on the Bosphorus.  Very close to Maslak, the city's business district.    

Delmare

Kuleli Cd. 53, Cengelkoy

One of the oldest and most famous traditional fish restaurants in Istanbul.  Make sure you are picked up by their private (free) charter leaving from Suada Harbour. Everything about this restaurant is great: mezzes, view, service etc.    

Nusr-et

Nispetiye Cd. 87, Etiler

If you are dying for a piece of dry aged steak, then you should definitely pay a visit to this restaurant.

Yol Sk. 1, Ulus

Famous for their terrace and views on the Bosphorus.  They also have a Japanese menu.
